Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Your order confirmation in your website account will state the current processing time. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 7-10 business days. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.

Once the order is shipped, you can check the tracking number and delivery status on your website account. Please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

If your address is not correct, we can assist you changes. As soon as you deposit, we default to your acceptance of all terms and conditions. Refunds and returns are not supported.
